This policy covers all order processing lead times, delivery windows, shipping fee structures, international customs regulations and lost/damaged package claim procedures for every retail order at DelabarreMooe@gmail.com.
Standard Order Processing Lead Time
All apparel and accessory orders require 1–3 business days internal warehouse processing before dispatch. Processing hours run Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays and weekends.
- Any order submitted after 3:00 PM EST begins processing the next standard business day.
- Holiday peak sales, flash restock and limited-edition drop orders may extend processing to a maximum of 5 business days; automated delay notification emails will be sent to affected customers.
- Custom personalized printed goods require an extra 2–4 business days production lead time prior to shipping.

Domestic United States Shipping
- Standard Ground Shipping: Free for all orders subtotaling $75 USD or higher
Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days post-processing completion
- Expedited Express Shipping: Flat fixed rate $9.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days post-processing completion
International Global Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: Flat fixed rate $12.99
Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days (speed depends on local textile goods customs clearance efficiency)
- Priority International Shipping: Flat fixed rate $19.99
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days with expedited priority customs clearanceWe ship to most markets across North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. Certain remote or courier-restricted regions will be hidden as shipping options during checkout.
Order Shipment Tracking Information
Once your packaged order leaves our distribution warehouse, an automated email with your unique tracking number and official carrier tracking portal link will be sent to your registered customer inbox. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to fully populate on carrier official websites. If your tracking shows zero movement for over 7 consecutive business days, contact our dedicated shipping support to file an official loss investigation.
Standard Shipping Fee Regulations
- All U.S. domestic orders meeting or exceeding the $75 subtotal threshold qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping.
- U.S. orders below $75 carry a fixed flat ground shipping fee of $5.99 per order.
- All international delivery fees are fixed flat rates auto-calculated at checkout based on destination country.
- Original checkout shipping fees are fully non-refundable for all voluntary customer-initiated returns.
International Customs, Duties & Import Tax Rules
All cross-border fashion apparel shipments may incur import VAT, customs duty charges, clearance administration fees or local sales tax collected by your destination country’s customs authority.
- All import-related charges are the customer’s sole full financial responsibility and collected upon physical package delivery by your local courier or customs office.
- Our store does not cover, reimburse or compensate customers for any customs duties, storage hold fees or customs detention charges on international retail orders.
- If you refuse package delivery due to unwillingness to pay customs fees, all associated return shipping costs will be fully deducted from your final refund balance.
Lost, Stolen or Transit-Damaged Shipment Claim Process
Lost Package Claim Guidelines
Wait a minimum of 10 full consecutive business days after your estimated delivery date before submitting a lost parcel inquiry. Email your valid order number and tracking ID to support@pg2jpm-xm.myshopify.com, and we will launch an official carrier loss investigation. Approved lost claims allow you to choose either free full re-shipment of all ordered goods or a complete full monetary refund (one resolution per lost order only).
Transit-Damaged Apparel Claims
Immediately upon receiving a damaged package, capture high-resolution photos of the broken/torn garment/accessory, all attached tags, inner protective packaging and outer shipping carton within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Submit all visual evidence to our official support inbox. We fully cover all replacement merchandise costs and return shipping fees for items damaged during courier transit handling.
Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
- United States PO Box addresses only support standard ground shipping. Expedited air and international shipments require a valid physical residential or commercial street address for delivery.
- We cannot ship hazardous, restricted or regulated items in compliance with global international courier transportation guidelines.
